Lucini sent me one of their newest products– Cinque e’ Cinque; it is 100% natural, custom milled chickpea flour that you simply mix with water, extra virgin olive oil and a dash of salt. Bake it up and it is crispy on top with a warm, creamy center. It is mouth-watering good (vegan and gluten-free too!) My favorite flavor is the Chili it was subtly spicy and was amazing with tofu scramble. Also included in the giveaway are the tomato sauce, olive oil and pizza sauce all of which are amazing.  The flavors are delicious and will now be a staple in our home.
