I love all cookies, but my favorite kinds are ones with tons of my favorite ingredients packed in.. oatmeal, dark chocolate chunks, dried cherries, coconut!
Our traditional Christmas cookie is spritz, not vegan. Since my husband and I have a primarily plant based diet (mostly vegan), and none of our family subscribes, the spritz cookies stay. Every year we gather kids, grandkids, nieces, etc… and have a spritz making and decorating frenzy. I feel one coming on.
