  1. I prefer classes as well as instead of me having to keep in mind what to do I can just zone out into an obey/follow along and not have to think about the workout as much as do it!

  2. I’m all for classes – You definitely do get to know those in the class after a while, and I really do like that.

I used to prefer working out alone but now I prefer the company of others, whether it’s going for walks and hikes with friends a few times a week, or, just as of the last couple of weeks, the gym. I used to hate gyms – I’ve tried a lot! – and finally found one that I like, with classes and instructors that I like. It makes a difference!
