Yum!! I am bookmarking this recipe right now! I love the Mighty Nut Powdered Peanut Butter Line – one lucky reader is going to be thrilled to receive it!!!
Is it bad that I usually am happy just eating peanut butter out of the container from a spoon? Sometimes I go crazy and add some jam on top… yeah it’s like a PB&J minus the bread, for extremely lazy people. Is that bad?! Ha! I hadn’t even heard of powdered PB, definitely going to give it a shot!
Wow, this looks awesome. We have a bounty of broccoli right now (and PB is a food group as far as I’m concerned) so I’m totally making this for dinner tonight. Thanks!
This sounds like a great recipe for stir fry . . . but the peanut sauce in Thai food was always the worst part. Any idea as to a substitute ginger idea?

I like to mix peanut butter with oats and maple syrup and raisins and make peanut butter oat balls, but I am not above eating off of a spoon either 🙂

Nothing bad about that. Nothing bad at all.
I am obsessed with peanut sauce and am also always looking for different ways to change it up! This looks SO delicious. Thanks for the giveaway!
Oohhh – I’ve never heard of powdered peanut butter. This would be great for smoothies – A great way to add in extra protein without the mess!
Peanut butter is one of my MOST favorite things! This looks delicious!

Looks delicious! I bet the ginger and peanut go well together. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

The spoon is always a good idea and those pb oat balls sound delicious.
