this is awesome! love reading your progress. i am trying to add some fitness and good eating goals into my life before we head into the holidays and find this really inspirational!
Thank you! So glad that you are enjoying this. I have to agree this is the time to get into a new routine with fitness and eating because once Thanksgiving comes it becomes harder and harder to stay on track. Good luck!
You are doing great!! I have a water infuser from Sur La Table that I was keep in the fridge. Flavored water really helps me stay on track to stay hydrated.
Thank you! I have always thought about getting a water infuser as I love infused water. Do you know which brand the one you have is? I’ll have to go check out Sur La Table.
Good for you for listening to your body and responding to what it needs! I actually did the same lately, which is a monumental change for me: I had to cut out a TON of foods to deal with my baby’s reflux, including most of my protein sources as a vegetarian (soy, dairy and black & pinto beans). So after most of my life as a vegetarian, I added some meat into my diet and feel much, much better. It’s still a big adjustment!
Glad to hear that instead of being unhappy with your diet, you adjusted it based on what your body needs. It’s no point being fit if you are just hangry and not happy – it should be healthy AND happy!
I’m with Catherine: good for you for listening to your body! I’m a firm believer in going with your instincts for what your body tells you it needs/doesn’t need. You are doing a GREAT job and are an inspiration!
I love that you are asking for accountability. As sad as it is to admit, accountability is often needed for these goals. I start a similar program in a few days and hearing your struggles and success is very helpful.

I bet it is! I’m sure M is thanking you though! Hope her sleep is getting better and that you are getting some more rest time yourself!

Yes it makes things so much easier to have someone who is in your corner and helping you to push through. Good luck with your goals!
