Sounds like a mini break is just what you need after this week!
What is your go-to mac n’ “cheese” recipe? If you’re ever in Seattle, make sure you visit Plum Bistro (kind of spendy, but worth it) and try their famous Mac n’ Yease. So good. I’ve literally had dreams about that thing.
My simple go to is garlic powder, nutritional yeast and earth balance. My second go to (if I plan in advanced) is soaked raw cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder and a little vegetable broth. However lately my go to has been unsweetened almond milk, nutritional yeast, earth balance, garlic powder, a little chili powder and a sprinkle of dayia cheddar.

Have fun on your trip! I totally want to try one of those bagels. Yum!
Thanks for the shout out! Hope you enjoy the workout! 🙂
We ended up skipping out a day early so we didn’t make it for bagels – now I am going to have to find another excuse to have one!
You should look into strawberries- they are amazing right now! It’s a fight at the farmers’ market every Saturday.
I just bought some strawberries two weeks ago at the Buckman Farmers Market – they were so good!
