You would have to do a little bit of customizing but there are a number of vegan options and I hear there are supposed to be even more now then there was when I participated.
Well, I really like following plans! I usually end up modifying them a bit to fit my schedule/lifestyle, but I really appreciate someone else coming up with workouts for me 🙂 AND I love that you mentioned it’s able to be tailored to a breastfeeding momma!

I would love this opportunity because I’m in a rut. I’m sick of the elliptical, bored in spinning and not getting a good enough sweat in yoga. I need balance, and a new plan!

This would be a great opportunity for me to finally get off my plateau! I’ve lost 45 pounds and have been stuck here for the last 6 weeks or so. I have about 15 more to lose and I just can’t seem to get the scale to move!
