  1. I hadn’t ever thought about focusing on soups after giving birth, but this totally makes sense. Your body has been through so much with pregnancy and childbirth that it deserves to be treated extra gently postpartum!

  2. My boys (twins) were born at the beginning of a cold winter, so I lived on soups and comforting foods. This list you have is pretty much what nourished me for months!
