There are many types of cleanses out there from juice cleanses, raw food cleanses, lemonade cleanses, etc. This cleanse is different. We won’t be restricting calories or drinking spicy lemonade all day but rather we will be eliminating foods from our diet that can make us feel sluggish, bloated and cause cravings.
What this cleanse will include:
- Gluten Free Whole Grains
- Fruits
- Vegetables
- Beans, Legumes & Lentils
- Nuts & Seeds
- Healthy Fats: organic, first-pressed, cold-pressed (no heat used to extract the oil) and unrefined extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, and unrefined sesame oil. Also whole nuts and seeds or nut butter, the fats in whole foods such as avocados and coconuts.
- Natural sweeteners: Grade B Maple Syrup and Dates.
What won’t be included in the cleanse:
- Animal Products.
- Wheat.
- Gluten.
- Soy.
- Caffeine
- Alcohol.
- Refined and Added Sugar.
The cleanse will last 10 days and your are welcome to challenge yourself to the whole month if you’d like!
There will be four different start dates (February 1, 8, 10and 18th) and I will be posting a new five day sample meal plan at the start of each cleanse period. Also as part of the cleanse challenge you will have one task each day to complete and submit to me. Once you have completed all day 10 tasks and submitted your proof for each your name will be entered to win a box of whole food goodies.

Sounds like a fun cleanse challenge! Unfortunately I am limiting myself 2-3 juice cleanses a week and staying off carbs for a month. Good luck!
