  1. This isn’t terribly interesting or exciting but I would make salad dressing with the olive oil! My food budget does not have room for high quality oil. The stuff i buy is totally fine for cooking but you really can taste the difference on a salad!

    I’d probably use the tomatoes to make a pasta sauce for either spaghetti squash or real pasta and the olive oil to make garlic bread.

    I’ve been meaning to make some chilli for a while now that it seems it may be getting chilly for good in Northern VT!

    Pasta with sauteed garlic, mushrooms, etc. in extra virgin olive oil, topped with Parmigiano Reggiano..
