  1. Thanks so much! This will help tons with Lent (and general healthy living!). Do you think you could do a future post on the effect of sugar alternatives such as splenda and/or truvia? I know Splenda is not good for us but is Truvia any better? And do they count as part of those 10 teaspoons per day? Just some thoughts but no obligation to do a post 😉
