Unable to find this at Whole Foods today. I really want to try this.
You are so right, amazingly delicious works. The FedEx Ground guy brought my jar yesterday. Cracked it open, tried it on a Farm Boy Sea Salt Tortilla Chip. Queso heaven. My first thought, how can I make this jar last for a century or two?? Used half of the jar with some sauteed mushrooms & broccoli on baked potatoes for dinner. Loved it. The rest may just go down the old fashioned way, with the balance of the tortilla chip bag & a nice micro-brew.
