HI Bloggies!
The past few days have been crazy with work, yes even this weekend, and blogging has had to take a backseat. Things are now looking up and I should be back to regular blogging *fingers crossed*. Well even though I haven’t been blogging I have been documenting my eats and activities to share with you so lets rewind things to Thursday:

First, Tomato Kale Lentil Casserole = YUM! Second, that FitDeck stuff looks amazing! I’ve been trying to find something like that with all sorts of exercise laid out in front of me…or a big worksheet with them on it that I can post on my wall, to look at while I work out. Awesome!

That kale meal looks great, I really need to try it – does it cook down as much as spinach or less so? Also! Where do you buy kelp flakes?

The pasta bowl looks delicious! I always portion out my pasta on my scale also so I eat only 1 portion, but then load it up with veggies and homemade sauce 🙂
