  1. Coconut water sounds interesting. I do not like drinking water first thing in the morning, though I need to if I take the boys for a run in the jogger. Your blog is great.

    Vita Coco is great! I’ve replaced coffee with it and feel so much healthier and awake. Try the pineapple it’s my favorite!

    Vita Coco is a great healthy beverage to drink in place of other leading sports drinks, no added sugar and more health benefits. I can’t start my day without one, it leaves me feeling refreshed, energized, and hydrated like nothing else.
